No. Panels do not need to be operational. Condition should still be disclosed because it affects handling, transport and the available downstream pathway.

Many damaged panels can be reviewed for collection. Shattered, fire-affected, wet, contaminated or otherwise hazardous panels must be disclosed with photos before a quote is confirmed.

Yes. Panels must be electrically disconnected by an appropriately qualified person and placed in a safe, accessible collection area before ReSova arrives.

No. ReSova’s standard service does not include rooftop disconnection or removal. The panels must be removed and made safely accessible before collection.

Standard collection assumes panels are safely stacked and accessible from the agreed pickup area. Select loading assistance if ReSova needs to provide additional handling at the site.

The online estimator accepts collections from 10 panels. Contact ReSova for unusual project conditions or quantities that cannot be entered through the estimator.

Pricing depends on panel quantity, collection location, loading requirements and site access. Use the online estimator for an indicative figure; final pricing is confirmed after review.

No payment is required to use the estimator or submit a preferred collection time. ReSova reviews the details and confirms the final arrangements before collection.

ReSova is a paid collection service and does not guarantee payment for collected panels. Panels may be assessed for possible reuse after collection.

Yes. ReSova Pty Ltd carries public liability insurance (through AAMI). Policy details are available to clients on request.

ReSova's collection volumes sit below the NSW volume threshold that would require an EPA environment protection licence, so one is not required for this work. ReSova also handles only panels that have already been removed — no rooftop or electrical work — so an electrician's licence does not apply either.

Panels are assessed and sorted. Suitable panels may enter a reuse pathway, while other panels are directed to appropriate downstream recycling or recovery pathways.
