These terms describe the operational basis for ReSova quotations and solar panel collection requests.
About These Terms
This website and the collection service described on it are operated by ReSova Pty Ltd (ABN 72 699 540 433), a company registered in Australia and based in Sydney, New South Wales. References to “ReSova”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean ReSova Pty Ltd.
Service Scope
ReSova provides collection and transport services for eligible solar panels. The standard service does not include rooftop work, electrical disconnection or panel removal. Panels must be disconnected by an appropriately qualified person and prepared in a safe, accessible collection area.
Quotations and Pricing
Online estimates are indicative. Final arrangements and pricing are confirmed after ReSova reviews the quantity, postcode, condition, loading requirements, access and other relevant collection details.
A preferred collection window submitted through the website is a request and is not confirmed until ReSova accepts the arrangements.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate project, contact and site information, disclose damaged, shattered, fire-affected, wet, contaminated or otherwise hazardous panels, and advise ReSova if the collection details change.
Panels must be ready at the agreed collection location and must not be moved or handled in a way that creates an unsafe condition.
Site Access and Safety
The customer must provide safe and lawful site access and identify stairs, long carries, restricted vehicle access, loading constraints and other hazards before the collection is confirmed.
ReSova may pause or decline work where the disclosed information differs materially from site conditions or the collection cannot be completed safely.
Cancellations
Cancellation, rescheduling and any related charges are governed by the collection arrangements confirmed for the job. Contact ReSova promptly if a requested collection needs to change.
Payments
Payment timing, methods and applicable tax treatment are set out in the confirmed quotation or collection arrangements. No payment is required merely to use the online estimator or submit a preferred collection time.
Limitations
Collected panels are assessed and sorted. Suitable panels may enter a reuse pathway, while other panels may be directed to available recycling or recovery pathways. ReSova does not guarantee payment for collected panels or a particular downstream outcome for every panel.
Governing Law
These terms and any collection arrangements are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
